“Resilient City” accelerator program
The Kyiv City State Administration, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, and Sikorsky Challenge Innovation Holding have launched the “Resilient City” accelerator program to address the aftermath of damage to energy infrastructure and introduce sustainable technologies
The program aims to identify and implement the most innovative projects that solve urban challenges resulting from enemy shelling damaging infrastructure and buildings

Universal utilizer-gas generator boiler ALLIGATOR
This boiler converts combustible waste and garbage into energy. Combustion takes place at ultra-high temperatures, which significantly reduces CO2 emissions

The team presented five types of construction materials made from waste. These materials are not only environmentally friendly but also much cheaper, making construction more affordable

Has been part of Cisco since 2008. Serhii manages teams responsible for promoting company’s technological solutions and developing the partner and distributor networks, coordinates marketing activities in Ukraine and helps to strengthen the company's position as a leading stakeholder in the digitalization movement in the Ukrainian market.
Has 20+ years of experience in IT business (product and service development, B2B sales, marketing, building a partner network, etc.).
An active member of the Startup Community of Ukraine, serving as an Advisory Board Member of the YEP startup incubator and accelerator for the youth and as a mentor in the n.cubator project, among others. A dedicated supporter and participant in projects aimed at learning and development in various fields (cybersecurity, digital finance, development programs for CIOs, etc.).
Ilya Polshakov Ph.D.
Chief New Business Streams Officer at Kyivstar
Has extensive experience in the telecom, banking, insurance, and IT industries.
Specializes in business transformation, strategic project and process management, operational model enhancement, and change management. Holds a Ph.D. degree in project and program management.
At Kyivstar, Illia focuses on developing Big Data, strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, converged cloud solutions, commercial data centers, Internet of Things (IoT), precise positioning services, and artificial intelligence (AI).
Oleksandr Voznyi
Chief of the Department of Environmental Protection and Climate Change Adaptation at the Kyiv City State Administration
Brings substantial experience in ecology and public administration.
Holds qualifications as a lawyer and environmental specialist. From 2011 to 2013, Oleksandr acted as a Head of the State Department of Environmental Protection in Kyiv.
From 2015 to 2021, he was involved in modern waste management solutions as the director of Waste Management Center LLC.
In February 11, 2021, Oleksandr was appointed as the director of the Department of Environmental Protection and Climate Change Adaptation of the Kyiv City State Administration.

Acting Rector of the National Aviation University, deputy of the Kyiv City Council
The deputy head of the commission for digital transformation and administrative services at the Kyiv City Council. She also holds the position of Acting Rector of the National Aviation University, where she founded the Scientific Society of Students, Postgraduates, Doctoral Students, and Young Scientists. Apart from that, Kseniia manages educational programs at the YEP business incubator, volunteers and acts as a member of the NGO "Kyiv for Equal Opportunities».

Chief Information Officer of Kyiv City (CIO), PhD in Computer Science
Coordinates the activities of IT Department in Kyiv City and implementation of digital services. Smart City planner and IoT specialist integrating smart data-driven solutions.

Mykhailo Shelemba
CEO of Datagroup and Volia
Worked at Piraeus Bank Ukraine as a senior credit analyst and head of project financing. Subsequently, he managed projects at McKinsey Ukraine (2011-2014) and McKinsey Middle East (2014-2016, European and Middle Eastern regions). In 2016, he became the CEO of the telecom company Datagroup. Since 2021, he has been the CEO of the Datagroup and Volia merged company.

Directs and coordinates activities to ensure the fulfillment of tasks and functions of the Ministry for the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of maintaining and functioning of the State Register of Property Damaged and Destroyed as a result of hostilities actions, terrorist acts and destructions caused by the military aggression of the Russian Federation and in the field of creation and maintenance of the software of the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction, and also makes efforts for effective digital technologies, transparency and operational decision-making system.

Currently, Igor serves as the co-founder and CEO of STARTUP MASTERY, a leading consulting firm that helps entrepreneurs establish and build successful businesses. Additionally, Igor is a faculty member at NOVA School of Business & Economics, one of Europe's leading business and economics universities in Portugal.
